Welcome to the Untied State of Amnesia

            11 score and 14 years ago our Founding Fathers brought forth a great nation, by the people for the people. People who care so much for there fellow man they would go to war and if needed give up there own lives for the chance to have freedom. They believed in something bigger than themselves. In god we trust was not just something they printed on the money. Now 234 years later we have become a nation of what’s in it for me. Our president looks like he is  trying to kill the country he is running. Much like the CEOs that run there companies in to the ground then walk away. We have high unemployment, the highest debt in the history of the nation and we keep spending like crazy. It’s like Christmas for everyone but the poor. We give money to the banks to save them as they kick the poor out into the street. Our schools struggle to give the children an education. Sadly most of the kids that graduate are not able to pass the 6^th grade test from the 17 hundreds and don’t know the name of the president or vice president. TV our new national pastime loves the bad guys. Criminals have become our role models. Paranormal TV shows are on most station. About 99% of them are fake and full of more lies than congress. The hosts of these shows are more famous than Our Leaders. More people stand in line to see the fakes & liars than stand in line to vote for our leaders. I’m not saying every thing paranormal is bad, lies or evil. There are good people in the paranormal field that are trying to make a difference. TV shows for the most part are all about entertainment, just keep to us entertained. It doesn’t matter if Rome is burning as long as the fiddler keeps playing.  Last week was the anniversary of sept.11^th 2001 the biggest terrorist attack on our country ever, but in 9 years we have all but forgotten. In 1941 the Japanese  bombed Pearl Harbor , 68 years later we still remember it and the Japanese are now friends. The terrorist still want to kill us but we are too busy thinking about ourselves to care. We do have our troops in harm’s way and for that I thank every one of them. They still remember, there the reason we still have freedom and peace here in the states. With all the change and attacks it seams that there is a war on good. There is an old saying that all evil needs to succeed is for good men to do nothing. I don’t think that’s completely true, Evil just has to make people think that it’s the normal. If you show evil things all the time we get use to seeing them and that is a dangerous thing. It’s the frog in hot water thing. If you put a frog in hot water it will just jump out. If you put a frog in cold water and then turn on the heat it will stay in the pot till it’s cooked. When you look at the world today I would have to say the heat is on. In the past we have always had leaders that would step up and lead us out of the bad times & we had a Higher Power to give us Hope. Years ago we took god out of the schools & government because someone did not like it. But it’s ok to put up a mosque to the terrorist who killed all those in new york at the site they killed them. And they tell us it the right thing to do, to just forget the past. There have been many reports of the leaders from the past coming back in the form of sprits to help the nation in trouble. Like when George Washington’s ghost showed up to many people in and before the civil war. I don’t know if any of those stories are true or not

          We as a nation need to remember who we are and where we came from before we are doomed to repeat the history we have so easily forgotten.
