how long does an investigation take ?

we do an initial interview,take base readings and tour the property. this generally takes about an hour. then we schedule the investigation date. we then will spend the entire night gathering evidence usually about 12 hours. then we come back a few weeks later to go over the findings with property owner. at that point we deside if more investigations are need
